I ordered these once before, and I just placed a second order. The beads are pretty, and while I don't remember if there were duplicates as someone mentioned, it didn't make any difference to me. I am using the beads on several different items, so there are times when I need duplicates of a bead, and other times I don't need a duplicate. It is true that some of the silver inserts separate from some of the beads, but even the more expensive ones sometimes come apart. Often when you buy them from an artist, they don't have any insert at all.
